In collaboration with Related Group and Moriarty, we executed an extensive program of luxury custom fabrications that serve as the aesthetic backbone of Viceroy Brickell, bringing the sophisticated vision of Meyer Davis to life. Our work spans three floors of premier amenity space, creating a cohesive visual narrative that begins the moment a resident enters the lobby. From intricate wall paneling and sculptural ceiling details to high-performance custom bars and bespoke furniture, our craftsmanship defines the project’s most social and intimate spaces. This project represents the pinnacle of luxury residential integration, where every fabrication was engineered to meet the exacting standards of Miami’s newest benchmark for elevated living.
LOBBY
From the monolithic custom stone reception desk to the intimate resident coffee bar and lounge, we executed an array of fabrications and finishes that define the Viceroy’s entry experience. Our work establishes the building’s visual DNA the moment a resident steps inside, seamlessly transitioning the energy of Brickell into a refined, private sanctuary.
BAR & BILLIARD
These spaces feature floor to ceiling fabrication packages, complete with custom wall panels with integrated wallpaper inlays and matching door portals. The social core of the space features a custom-fabricated bar, synthesizing the precise integration of brass reveals and luxury tile work. To complete the room’s geometry, we produced the inset ceiling details and a bespoke banquette tailored specifically to the bar’s footprint.
CLUB & CINEMA
In the resident club room, we engineered a three-tiered bar with a unique Z-shape geometry, managing the structural integration of a terrazzo top, a tiled front, and a custom organic hanging wood and brass feature. This high-detail assembly is complemented by our custom wall paneling, installed throughout the space. For the Cinema Room, we fabricated and installed a series of upholstered wall panels that wrap the entire rom and frame the cinema screen.
