McKenzie Craft partnered on The Standard Residences in Midtown Miami, one of the first ground-up residential towers to carry The Standard's name, marking the brand's entry into branded residential living. Set in the heart of the Midtown and Wynwood neighborhood, the project called for custom fabrication that could translate The Standard's distinct design language into permanent, resident-grade craftsmanship. Every element was engineered to balance editorial character with the durability a full-time residential setting demands, holding its finish and integrity across the building's most active shared spaces.
