In partnership with Coastal Construction, McKenzie Craft delivered custom fabrication for the 100th Anniversary Residences, a large-scope engagement executed across two distinct project phases. The scale and sequencing demanded a disciplined pre-build approach: components were fabricated in advance at our Allapattah facility, staged, and stored to align with the construction timeline, allowing installation to move in step with the broader project without compromising the shop's exacting standards. Throughout, the work was engineered for permanence, with materials and detailing specified to hold their finish and integrity in the building's most heavily trafficked spaces.
