UM CENTENNIAL VILLAGE
McKenzie Craft is providing custom millwork and metalwork for Centennial Village, the University of Miami’s new multi-building residential community currently under construction. Our scope spans three dormitories and includes lobbies, gathering spaces, staff apartments, and a range of specialty fabrication such as staircases, wall paneling, reception desks, and custom casework. Working alongside Coastal Construction with designs by VMDO and Zyscovich, we are helping deliver durable, modern, and highly functional spaces for more than 2,000 future students.

McKenzie Craft is proud to collaborate with Moriarty on Viceroy Brickell The Residences, a new luxury residential development by Related Group and Viceroy Hotel and Residences. Rising 45 stories at 77 SE 5th Street, the two-tower project will feature 498 residences ranging from studios to two-bedroom layouts. Our team is fabricating custom elements for the building’s amenity spaces, contributing refined craftsmanship to this exclusive residential landmark.
