McKenzie Craft x Shell Bay Residences
We are proud to announce one of our newest projects, The Residences at Shell Bay. Rising at 501 Diplomat Parkway in Hallandale Beach, Shell Bay is a 20-story, 108-residence tower developed by the Witkoff Group and PPG Development in partnership with Auberge Resorts Collection. The property sits on one of the last significant developable parcels on the Intracoastal, paired with a Greg Norman championship golf course and a private Auberge-managed club. Residences range from one to four bedrooms, with completion targeted for 2027. McKenzie Craft is part of the team delivering its interiors.
The design team assembles some of the top industry professionals in South Florida. With Architecture by Kobi Karp, interiors by AvroKO and Nievera Williams Design shaping the grounds, the project promises to deliver an elevated design story to the coastal region. The project is set to be completed in 2027.
McKenzie's scope covered a detailed package of fabrications across the project's amenity spaces, including common areas, game rooms, and yoga and spa zones. Material selections pair layered wood grains with mixed luxe textures, building dimension and depth throughout. We'll share specifics as pieces move through our Miami shop.
This project’s significance is found in elements beyond just the design scope. Auberge, Kobi Karp, and AvroKO each bring portfolios that speak for themselves, and the project's quality will be measured against the best private residential addresses in the country, not just the region.
More soon, including a look inside the fabrication as the first pieces make their way into the shop.
